At Trouvée.Co, we believe in shipping at your convenience. Whether a delivery has to be made within the day, on another particular date or to someone special at a place away from you, your parcel is safe with us.

We provide several delivery and shipping options to various locations and at varying rates.

Do note that we are not responsible for international import/export customs and taxes. If you are placing an order outside of Singapore, take note of your country's customs regulations, as you may have to pay additional duties for your orders.

¹: All purchases with Door-to-Door Delivery will be dispatched directly from our store right to your doorstep. You can specify a date and time for this delivery in the comments section in your cart. However, do note that you can only select a delivery date at most 1 week from your purchase date. We can cater to a maximum of one re-delivery at no extra charge in the case of failed first delivery attempt.

²: All purchases with Same-Day Delivery must be made before 12pm on the day. Otherwise, the parcel will be delivered the next day. We can cater to a maximum of one re-delivery at no extra charge in the case of failed first delivery attempt.

³: All purchases with Same-Day Delivery (Express) must be made before 5pm on the day and will be delivered within 4 hours after your order has been processed. Otherwise, the parcel will be delivered the next day. We can cater to a maximum of one re-delivery at no extra charge in the case of failed first delivery attempt.
