What are the measurements for your ring sizes?

Our rings come in Small, Medium and Large sizes. Small is US 6, Medium is US 7 and Large is US 8. Check out our detailed no-brainer ring sizing conversion chart.

 

Where else can I find you?

We are currently only available online at https://trouvee.co. There are plans for future pop-up stores, which we will announce on our Instagram and Facebook pages, as well as send you a message right to your email. 

 

I love your designs! How can I learn about new collection launches?

Subscribe to our mailing list as a VIP Member to get updates on new collections and exclusive promotions.

 

What currency do you accept?

At the moment, we accept payments in all currencies, though our default currency is the Singapore Dollar. All payments are done via Paypal or major credit card types. 

 

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most countries in Asia, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, and Europe. Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery page for the entire list.

 

What are the delivery charges and how long does delivery take?

How can I check my order status?

Once your payment has been processed, your item will be packed immediately and mailed out within 1-3 working days. If you have opted for Registered Mail, you will receive an email with a reference code to track your order status with Singpost once your order has been mailed out. For Standard Door-to-Door Delivery, Same-Day Delivery and Same-Day Delivery (Express), there will be no tracking but your items will also be insured.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot make any modifications to your order once it has been made. This is because we aim to ship out your order as fast as possible, and any changes might occur after the order has already been mailed out. To facilitate ease of delivery to you, all orders are final.

 

Do you offer refunds or returns?

At the moment, we do not offer refunds. However, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your purchase if it is found to be defective or damaged in the mail.

You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment, so remember to insure the return package too. Your refund will be reimbursed to you as soon the piece has been returned to us in the same condition as it was received.

 

How do I care for my jewellery?

Jewellery is sensitive in nature. To keep yours long lasting, avoid contact with chlorine, sea water, pool water, fragrances and other skincare and beauty products.
Store your jewellery in an airtight bag whenever possible, and keep it dry.

Do you offer gift-wrapping services?

All jewellery orders are delivered in a Trouvée.Co box, complete with a chic, classic black ribbon. So, every order is ready for gifting!
If you're gifting more than one item in an order, please send us a message to let us know to pack them separately. Otherwise, the jewellery will be packed into the same box to facilitate shipping.
